I've led and served on over a dozen leadership teams across industries, so I've been where my clients are. I know what it feels like when the team isn't clicking, and I know what it looks like when it does. After starting my career at Microsoft, I spent several years as a fractional COO, working inside early and growth-stage companies to build the operational infrastructure that lets teams scale without chaos. That experience is what eventually led me to coaching. I wanted to do that work with more teams, more intentionally.

The 8 elements of the Bloom Growth OS
We start with four full-day sessions, thirty days apart, to lay the foundation — dedicated time working on the business, not in it. I come to you. Once the foundation is in place, we move into a quarterly rhythm: four times a year we come together to reset priorities, adjust course, and build a stronger team. Once a year we extend one of those sessions to two days to define the vision for the year ahead. Between sessions I'm available as questions come up and things evolve.
What sets this work apart is the depth we go to on the human side of leadership. Most operating systems focus on structure and execution - and we do too. But we've built dedicated curriculum around the relationships between leadership team members, helping them show up fully for each other and operate as a genuinely cohesive unit.
